Shipping and Returns

Upon successful checkout, the ordered item(s) is(are) shipped within 1-3 business days (timing might vary for custom orders) from out Canadian location by Canada Post. Some items may be shipped from overseas location - in that case, it will be specified in the item description. The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process using the shipping destination. Local delivery might be available based your location, specified during the checkout steps.

We will do our best to ensure the maximum quality of packaging to ensure safe and sound delivery of goods to our domestic and international customers.

The time of delivery varies depending on the country of the customer. It may take 1 to 5 weeks to deliver the packages, so please consider the shipping time and plan your purchases accordingly.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, please Contact us first to initiate the return process. Our return and refund policy lasts 60 days from the date of order completion. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your request for return and refund has been approved, we will be able to refund you the item(s) cost but not the shipping expenses. After you received a confirmation email from us with the authorization for return, you must ship the item to the address, we will provide, not later than within 7 days upon authorization. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping expenses. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

The refund (if approved) will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Custom orders are non-refundable.
